(Austin, TX) A local 4 and a half month old baby girl wowed her parents last night by sleeping for 9 continuous hours.

Also known by such aliases as Sugarpie, Doodlebug, Doodles, Stinker, Stinkerbinker and Chi Chi Boo Boo, said baby has very proud and somewhat rested parents.

Startled, the mother awoke at 4:00 am to the sound of…nothing. Panic-stricken, she rushed to the crib only to find the baby sleeping peacefully.

“I just can’t believe it,” said the mother. “I envisioned my future as a long walk through a sleep-deprived fog. But now, my hopes and dreams of once again being a fully-functional human being may soon be a reality.”

With the resumption of adequate cognitive functioning, the family is planning once again to enjoy speaking in complete sentences.
